These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clovis platform ("Platform"), operated by Clovis ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Eligibility
The Platform is a business-to-business (B2B) service. You must be an authorised representative of a registered business entity, at least 18 years of age, and have the legal authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.
Account Terms
You agree to provide accurate information during registration, maintain the security of your credentials, notify us of any unauthorised access, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged through the Platform. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@clovislabs.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately and data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
