Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 2026
Clovis is committed to making its platform accessible to everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We are continually improving the experience for all of our users and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. This assessment is based on our own internal review; the platform has not yet been independently audited, so we describe it as partially conformant — some parts may not yet fully meet the standard.
What we do
Accessibility is built into our design system. We use semantic HTML, support full keyboard navigation, provide visible focus indicators, add ARIA attributes to interactive components, aim for sufficient colour contrast, and keep content usable when the page is zoomed or text is enlarged.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of limitations in our video calling feature, in complex data tables and charts, and in generated PDF and CSV exports. We are actively working to improve these areas.
Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or if you need information from the platform in an alternative accessible format, please contact us at support@clovislabs.com. We aim to respond within three business days.
Compatibility
The platform is designed to work with recent versions of the major web browsers and common screen readers. Using up-to-date software gives the best experience.
About this statement
This statement reflects an accessibility self-assessment of the Clovis platform. We review it periodically and update it as the platform evolves.
