Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies Clovis ("we") uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. We use them only where genuinely needed — to keep you signed in and to protect the platform — and, with your explicit opt-in, to measure the effectiveness of our outbound marketing on public pages. We do not use advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics trackers.
Essential Cookies (always on)
These are required for the platform to work and cannot be switched off. A session cookie authenticates you (Auth0), and a CSRF token protects your requests against cross-site forgery. Because they are strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for, they do not require consent.
Marketing Cookie (opt-in only)
On our public marketing pages only (such as the homepage, contact, and support pages), we offer an optional Lemlist visitor-tracking cookie. It identifies visitors who reached our site from our outbound sales emails so we can follow up. It loads only if you click "Accept all" in our cookie banner, and is never loaded inside the authenticated platform.
Managing Your Choices
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page, or by clearing your browser storage for this site. Declining the optional cookie has no effect on your use of the platform — only essential cookies remain.
